For improving the quality of employees and managers and the company's management level to ensure the company's sustainable development, effective training must be carried out. The basis for good training is to have a feasible, complete and practical training plan. 

The training plan for this year is as follows:

1. Establish a three-level training and education system for the company, various departments, and workshop teams

The first-level  training is forward-looking education and training on company culture, development strategy, employee mentality, rules and regulations, management functions, new technologies, and new knowledge. The training target is the company's middle-level and above management personnel. The organization department is the human resources department, and each time is no less than one and a half hours.

The second-level training is for the class leader and above and management personnel. The main content is corporate culture education, rules and regulations, and safety operation procedures. The person in charge is the person in charge of each department and each workshop. Once a month, no less than one and a half hours each time.

The third-level training is the training of all the employees under the jurisdiction of various departments and workshops. The main content is job responsibilities, operating procedures, safety operating procedures, job procedures and technical skills, professional knowledge, work instructions, etc. The person in charge is Team leader of each department and workshop. The training time is no less than once a week, and no less than one hour each time. It is necessary to repeatedly study the job responsibilities and safety operating procedures.

2. Training of professional business skills and knowledge

The main content is three aspects: one is the training of process technology knowledge, the other is the training of mechanical equipment maintenance and maintenance knowledge, and the third is the training of production management knowledge; once a week, each time is no less than one hour.  

3. Training of professional knowledge in various departments (such as sales, finance, procurement, human resources, administration, international trade, marketing)

Organized by the person in charge of the department, the main content is the systematic training of the relevant professional knowledge of the department. Combining the professional problems that arise in the actual operation of the work, discussing and training exchanges, teaching subordinates how to do their work and improving their professional skills, weekly Once, no less than one hour each time. There are various forms of training, and the purpose is to improve the quality of personnel, work quality, and product quality.

4. Pre-job training for new employees

The company’s human resources department organizes training for new employees who recruit more than eight people. The main content is company profile, development history, strategic goals, company culture, product introduction, general rules and regulations and general safety operating procedures. After new employees arrive in the workshop (or Team) conduct training on job responsibilities and operating procedures, and the actual training in the workshop shall not be less than 6 hours within the first month, so that each employee shall clarify the job responsibility scope of his job after he arrives. The job should know, meet and do What can't be done; what standards are required for the job, and clearly define the operating procedures and safety operating procedures for this post. New employees must have written or practical exams two months after they start their jobs, and their test scores will be included in the assessment and evaluation of the probationary period. The Human Resources Department will conduct pre-job training once a month for new employees who are usually recruited.

5. Assessment and evaluation of training

The effective operation of the training plan must be guaranteed by the organization, and determined in the form of a system, and the training results must be tracked. Establish management personnel training files, and incorporate management personnel's participation in training and training work submissions into file management and annual assessments.

The assessment is two aspects, one is the assessment of the training organizer, and the other is the evaluation and assessment of the employees after participating in the training; to ensure that the training work is implemented in place. Make training work truly become the company’s basic work, and training really plays a role, effectively improving the quality of managers and employees, and enabling them to be carried out scientifically, steadily and effectively, and changing the staff’s need to train for me. To adapt to the company's transformation and rapid development, to shape a learning organization and reflect the value of the company and individuals.


All departments and workshops formulate their own annual training plans. The training plan should be done carefully and detailed to several times a month. The training plan should specify the organizer, responsible person, training time, training theme and content. Training forms, trainees, training lecturers, training records must be recorded, and training results must be evaluated and tracked; training forms can be varied and implemented strictly in accordance with the training plan; the human resources department conducts inspection and guidance at least once a month.  

Through training all managers and employees to clarify the company's corporate culture and job knowledge, clarify their respective job responsibilities and work standards, master a variety of business skills, improve performance, and thereby improve the quality of all managers and employees, and improve company management Level; to achieve a win-win situation for the company and employees, thereby laying a talent foundation for the realization of the company’s strategic goals.
